The Vertical Steam Autoclave series is designed for a variety of load types including porous loads (such as fabrics, wrapped instruments, filter elements, rubber), hard loads (tools, lumen instruments, glassware, metal containers), and nonsealed liquid loads such as culture media. With robust stainless steel chamber construction, precise pressure & temperature management, and multiple safety protections, these autoclaves serve demanding sterilization requirements in hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, research labs, and biosafety environments.

Accurate pressure & temperature control: Design pressure 0.3 MPa, max working pressure 0.23 MPa, sterilization temperature range 105-136°C.

Flexible sterilization programs: Adjustable sterilization and dry time (0-99 minutes), multiple cycles for liquid, porous, solid, and hard loads.

Safety devices: Over-temperature and over-pressure protection, door interlock, emergency stop, and dry protection.

Premium materials: SUS304 stainless steel chamber and door, resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.
