This shredder can shred solid objects such as plastic, rubber, large tires, large nylon materials, rubber head materials, car bumpers, large fish nets, large pipes, fibers, paper, wood, electrical components, cables, PET bottles, cardboard, circuit boards, wood, plastic barrels.
The material is fed into the hopper and shredded by rotating blades against fixed knives, producing uniform output suitable for further recycling or processing.

Structure
The shredder is consists of feed port, motor, speed reducer, motor, blade, electric control box and etc.
Shredder blade: it is made of special alloy 55SiCr(if customer has special requirements, the material can be customized). The blade underwent forging, annealing, heat treatment, tempering and heat preservation, fine grinding on wire cutting.
It is removable and replaceable; long service life and low maintenance cost.
Gearbox
The gearbox of shredder is welded by steel plate, which has high precision, good contact, low noise and long service life.
Transmission components
The transmission parts of the shredder are linked by couplings to reduce vibration, protect the main shaft and reducer, and not damage the force.
Motor
The shredder motor adopts a copper core motor, which reduces energy consumption and has a long service life.
