Rotary Retort

Adequate for those products with require end-over-end agitation by full rotation.The strong stainless steel drum enables a product rotation and the strength of drum has been widely tried. It is capable of supporting heat packaging such as cans and jars. The retort has been specifi-cally studied and designed to meet the needs of our customers regardless of the type of packages, lightest to heaviest.

Some products shall be stirred during the sterilization cycle to: Avoid browning to the edge of packaging. Mix water in the pouch to ensure it will not stick. Mixing maybe useful for qualitative reasons. Baskets rotate under a heavy water streaming. This is method for improving heat transfer into the packaging and redoing processing times and energy costs at the same time.Full immersion can be selected.

Rotary retorts are generalized to better adapt to all type of packaging. All of them may be treated.
