The crusher's operation can be divided into the following steps:
Feeding: Material is evenly fed into the crushing chamber through a feeder. The feed size is typically controlled within the maximum range allowed by the equipment (e.g., 100 mm).
Crushing: The rotor or hammers rotate at medium or high speed (usually between 500-1500 rpm), exerting impact or squeezing force on the material, causing it to break.
Screening: The crushed material is screened through a screen or grate. Material that meets the required particle size is discharged, while oversized material continues to be crushed.
Discharge: The finished product is discharged through the discharge port. The discharge size can be adjusted according to needs (e.g., 0.5-20 mm).
