Endoscope Washer Disinfector

Cleaning & disinfection methods:
Supports three methods – complete immersion, full perfusion, and high-pressure spraying.

Endoscope leak detection:
Carries out a comprehensive leak test on the endoscope with real-time pressure display (0.015~0.035Mpa).

Quick connection system:
Equipped with original imported quick-plug connectors that are fully compatible with the manual pre-cleaning tank. After manual perfusion cleaning, the connector can be directly linked to the reprocessor without removal, ensuring faster, more efficient, and ergonomic operation while reducing staff workload.

Control system:
Adopts intelligent control with an imported PLC programmable controller and a 7-inch color touch screen. One-touch operation is available, with six selectable programs:

1.Standard cleaning & disinfection;

2.Special infection cleaning & disinfection;

3.Drying with leak test;

4.Terminal cleaning & disinfection;

5.Preliminary disinfection;

6.Self-disinfection (only runs under no-load).
Patient name, scope number, and operator details can be entered manually.

Water treatment:
Tap water undergoes high-precision filtration using an external 0.45 μm filter and an internal 0.2 μm filter.

Self-disinfection function:
Uses single-use chlorine-containing disinfectants (effervescent tablets). When the machine is empty-loaded, it backflushes and disinfects the internal 0.2 μm filter and all solution pipelines. Meanwhile, the chamber and upper lid are thoroughly washed by high-pressure spraying, ensuring complete cleaning without dead angles.

Printing function:
Automatically prints and records patient information, endoscope ID, operator details, and the entire cleaning/disinfection process data for archiving. Records can be stored for over 10 years.

Automatic fault alarm:
If enzyme, alcohol, or disinfectant levels are insufficient, or when other malfunctions occur, the system prevents operation, displays the fault type, and provides troubleshooting guidance.

Door operation:
Two opening/closing options are available: via foot pedal or touch screen.

Reagent dosing:
Automatically and precisely adds enzyme and alcohol.

Disinfectant concentration monitoring:
Accurately measures the real-time concentration of disinfectants, ensuring effective protection for operators.
