Decompression Boiling Washer Disinfector
It delivers fast, thorough, and safe instrument reprocessing.
With intelligent one-touch control, strong safety protection, and high capacity, it’s the ideal solution for hospitals and laboratories seeking efficiency and reliability.
The decompression boiling cleaning disinfector is an automatic system that combines cleaning, disinfection, and drying in one unit. It integrates negative-pressure boiling cleaning with vacuum ultrasonic cleaning, which can be carried out simultaneously or separately. This ensures thorough treatment of different medical instruments while reducing the overall cleaning and disinfection cycle.
Working principle
Reduced pressure boiling cleaning + vacuum ultrasonic cleaning + boiling disinfection + pulsation drying + vacuum drying,
internal and external cleaning, faster and more thorough.
Tube cavity decompression boiling cleaning technology

In a negative-pressure environment, purified air is injected from the top of the cleaning chamber. The sudden pressure rise causes vapor inside the tube lumen to condense and flow out, flushing away residues. Through repeated pulses of air injection, dirt within the lumen is not only washed out but also effectively loosened and peeled off.
The cleaning fluid in the cleaning cabin is heated and the air is pumped out to reduce the pressure;
When the chamber is under negative pressure, the boiling point of the cleaning solution drops. The liquid then begins to boil, producing steam, while vaporization and evaporation rapidly expel the water trapped inside the tube lumen.
If clean air is suddenly introduced, the chamber pressure rises sharply, forcing the cleaning solution into the tube cavity. With multiple cycles of pulsed air injection, the dirt inside the lumen is thoroughly flushed and removed.
Instrument surface decompression boiling cleaning technology

Under negative pressure, clean air is delivered through the bubble generator, triggering sudden boiling of the cleaning solution. This rapid boiling action effectively washes away and strips contaminants from the instrument surface.
Inside the chamber, the cleaning fluid is heated while the air is extracted to create a reduced-pressure environment.
At this stage, the solution is depressurized to an optimal temperature for multi-enzyme detergents, initiating boiling and the formation of steam and bubbles.
When air is introduced again via the bubble generator, the liquid undergoes intense boiling with repeated air pulses, producing strong turbulence that quickly erodes and removes dirt from the surface.
Vacuum drying and pulse drying technology

Vacuum drying: Negative pressure lowers the boiling point of water. Combined with heating, this rapidly evaporates moisture from the chamber and instruments.
Pulse drying: Hot air is delivered with repeated pulses under pressure, heating and vaporizing surface water for efficient drying.
Negative pressure vacuum ultrasonic cleaning technology

In a vacuum state, the absence of air bubbles increases ultrasonic cavitation by about 1.8 times. This enables complete cleaning of blind holes, intricate mechanisms, and hard-to-reach areas, preventing uncleaned spots.
During cleaning, ultrasonic cavitation alternates between vacuum and positive pressure, forming bubbles that collapse violently. Each collapse generates micro-jets with pressures exceeding 1,000 atmospheres, dislodging dirt from surfaces and fine crevices.
