Product Introduction

STFST series ventilated sterilizers use a mixture of steam and air as the sterilization medium and are widely used in pharmaceuticals, bioengineering, medical and health care, scientific research and other fields. The ventilation drying sterilizer uses forced convection fans and diversion devices to form a directional circulation of air and steam mixed media in the sterilization chamber, which can completely penetrate the sterilized items. The device is heated and sterilized by steam directly entering the chamber. Cooling is accomplished via high-performance heat exchange coils inside the equipment. At the same time, during the sterilization process, the pressure in the sterilization chamber is controlled by the clean air entering the cavity, providing a balanced pressure state to protect the sterilized items.

This equipment is mainly used for the sterilization of pre-filled syringes, vials, ampoules, liquids packaged in plastic bottles, tissue cultures, facial masks and other items.

Main Features

 

Lifting door: Motor-driven, the door moves vertically up and down, sliding open and closed, requiring no manual operation and saving space.

Double-door passage type, double-door interlocking, pressure-operated safety interlock, liquid program and temperature door safety interlock.

Pneumatic pressure-driven automatic sealing ring: New high-quality, high-tear-resistant silicone rubber circular door seal ring with a special coating surface, wear-resistant and smooth, providing excellent sealing effect and a long service life of up to 1500 cycles.

The main structure has a rectangular cross-section, annular reinforcing rib jacket without end-face flange structure, and the sealing groove is directly welded to the annular jackets at both ends.

The inner chamber, door panel, jacket, coil, and steam generator are made of S30408 ​​material, with 316L optional.

The inner surfaces of the inner chamber, door panel, and evaporator are mechanically polished and electrolytically polished, with a surface roughness ≤0.4.

Control System: It adopts an imported Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) and a color touchscreen for fully automated program control, automatically displaying operating status, temperature, pressure, F0 value, time, and other parameters.

A circulating fan is installed at the top of the inner chamber to ensure thorough mixing of air and steam during the heating, sterilization, and cooling stages, preventing air and steam stratification and ensuring uniform temperature within the chamber.

The sterilization program offers three selectable control methods: temperature-time control, F0 value control, and a combination of temperature-time and F0 value control.

A paperless recorder is configured to print process data in real time using a built-in needle.

Intelligent Maintenance System(Optional): Equipped with an IoT remote monitoring and maintenance module, it can connect to a computer, tablet, or smartphone from anywhere in real time to access equipment information, including real-time and historical operating data, maintenance updates, fault alarms, and remote software upgrades.

Piping System: Stainless steel sanitary piping uses clamp connections, and all welds are achieved using an automatic welding machine. The main control valves are imported German angle seat valves and Japanese SMC solenoid valves, equipped with a German SPECK water ring vacuum pump.

Rapid Cooling System: Jacketed rapid water cooling or an inner chamber with cooling coils. Clean compressed air enters the inner cavity, and a circulating fan ensures uniform temperature and rapid cooling, while maintaining the dryness of items. This system can lower the liquid temperature by 20°C below the standard boiling point within approximately 30 minutes.

Air Filter: Filtration accuracy is 0.22 microns, with a sterilization rate of 99.97%.
