Dry heat sterilization equipment is suitable for sterilizing heat-resistant materials. During the sterilization process, the sterilization chamber rapidly heats up under the action of a circulating fan, heating elements, and exhaust fan. This creates a uniform airflow that flows into the chamber, where dry air absorbs moisture from the surface of the materials, evaporates, and is then discharged. The dry air circulates in a directed manner under the action of the fan. As the water vapor gradually decreases, a slight positive pressure is created inside the chamber, and the sterilization chamber temperature reaches the set value, keeping the items being sterilized at a constant temperature and completing the sterilization process.
Main Technical Features
1. The sealed door adopts a motor-driven lifting structure with a silicone rubber sealing ring. An interlocking device is installed for opening and closing.
2. Differential pressure gauges are installed at the inlet and outlet of each HEPA filter. The filter damage is determined by detecting the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet.
3. Inspection ports are located at the bottom of the front cover for verification purposes: one for temperature testing, one for purification level testing, and two for HEPA filter leak detection, meeting GMP requirements.
4. An airflow regulating valve is installed at the exhaust port to control the exhaust airflow.
5. Cooling methods include water cooling or air cooling, selectable according to user needs.
6. A liquid crystal touch screen (PT) and a programmable logic controller (PLC) are used for precise programmable control of the entire machine's heating, operation, and other process parameters. It features parameter display, automatic computer printing records, and fault alarm display functions.
7. Heating, operation, and other process parameters can be preset.
8. The exterior of the chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, while the interior parts in contact with sterilized items are made of 316L mirror-finish stainless steel, resulting in an exquisite and aesthetically pleasing appearance both inside and out.
9. Imported high-quality brand high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filters are used to ensure that the indoor air purification level meets Class 100 requirements under normal operating conditions.
10. The circulating fan is frequency-controlled to ensure uniform temperature and pressure within the chamber.

11. Temperature control adopts PID control to achieve continuous temperature control and reduce temperature deviation. The maximum temperature is controlled by a temperature probe installed before the filter. If the temperature exceeds the maximum limit, the power supply is automatically cut off to protect the sterilized items and the equipment itself from damage.
12. The sterilization chamber features a special air distribution device for uniform air distribution.
