Medical waste incinerators are designed for the safe and efficient disposal of hazardous healthcare waste, including infectious materials, sharps, pharmaceuticals, and pathological waste.

Our incinerators use advanced high-temperature combustion technology to ensure complete destruction of harmful substances while minimizing environmental impact. They are widely used in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and waste treatment facilities.

Combustion Parameters

The incinerator is designed in accordance with WHO and EU recommendations for medical and municipal waste disposal.

Primary combustion chamber: 800–900 °C, for drying, pyrolysis, and initial combustion of waste.
Secondary combustion chamber: ≥1100 °C to ensure complete oxidation of flue gases.
Residence time: Flue gases remain in the secondary chamber at the required temperature for not less than 2 seconds, with adequate turbulence and excess air to guarantee destruction of organic compounds and minimize dioxin/furan formation.

Door sealing and furnace negative pressure combustion: The design of the incinerator door and the ash cleaning door adopts a fully sealed structure of the mother-and-child type. During incineration, the inside and outside of the furnace are completely isolated, forming negative pressure combustion, eliminating secondary pollution

Robust Construction: Heavy-duty steel shell with refractory insulation for long service life and consistent thermal performance. The furnace body adopts a four-layer structure of steel plate, thermal insulation cotton, insulation bricks and refractory bricks, which makes the heat preservation inside the furnace better and the furnace wall temperature is less than 50℃.

User-Friendly Operation: Automatic temperature monitoring, PLC-based and touch screen controls(optional), and easy ash removal.
