1Shredder conveying and feeding

A shredder is a high-strength equipment used for large-scale crushing and processing, suitable for various materials such as medical waste, metal, plastic, rubber, wood, etc. The core component is a cutting tool made of high-strength alloy steel or hard alloy, which decomposes materials into small pieces or particles through the principles of shear, tearing, and extrusion. The power unit adopts high-power motors or hydraulic motors to provide high torque output and adapt to high load crushing work. The shredder has a large feed inlet, high processing capacity (several tons to tens of tons per hour), and strong adaptability. It can adjust the tool clearance and speed according to demand to ensure uniform crushing effect. It is widely used in the field of waste material processing and recycling.

 

2Incineration furnace body and second combustion chamber

When the temperature of the upper chamber temperature controller rises by 400 ℃, and automatically starting the blower fan (rear sweeping) when the temperature of the lower chamber reaches 100 ℃. When the temperature rises by around 850 ℃, garbage is gasified and burned, and the flue gas enters the upper chamber for secondary combustion. When the temperature is around 1100-1200 ℃, the flue gas stays in the furnace for more than 2 seconds to kill bacteria and eliminate harmful organic waste gas in the flue gas.

3) Rapid cooling deacidification spray tower

 

The rapid cooling and deacidification tower is mainly used for the rapid cooling and deacidification treatment of high-temperature acidic gases. The principle includes heat exchange, acid-base neutralization, and gas-liquid separation. By spraying cooling water and dissipating heat from the tower wall, the gas temperature rapidly decreases; The alkaline solution sprayed (such as sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide) undergoes neutralization reaction with acidic gases (such as HCl, SO ₂) to generate salt and water, achieving deacidification. The gas-liquid mixture is further separated by gravity settling and mechanical separation devices (such as baffles and swirl plates) to ensure that the droplet content in the gas is minimized. This device is widely used in fields such as garbage incineration and chemical waste gas treatment, effectively purifying acidic gases.

4) Rotating water washing tower

 

The rotary water washing tower is a new type of wet high-efficiency dust removal and dehydration filter, which adopts the core filtration principle of "water rotary washing" and has the characteristics of high efficiency and practicality. The device consists of an air inlet, a spray section, a water swirl section, a water removal section, a mixing section, a circulating water storage tank, a water circulation pipeline, and an air outlet. It has a compact structure and is easy to transport and install. The three-stage filtration system includes spray filtration, water spin washing, and mixed washing filtration to ensure efficient dust removal and exhaust gas treatment. The principle of water spin washing uses the velocity difference between water and gas to atomize water and fully contact it with gas, adsorb pollutants, and settle to achieve gas purification. The green water rotary tower is suitable for industrial dust removal, waste gas treatment, and flue gas desulfurization and denitrification scenarios. It has the advantages of energy conservation, environmental protection, and small footprint, and is an upgraded substitute for traditional spray towers.

5) Activated carbon adsorption box

 

Activated carbon adsorption box is an efficient and environmentally friendly waste gas treatment equipment that uses high-quality activated carbon as an adsorbent, which can effectively remove harmful substances such as VOCs, benzene, formaldehyde, etc. from waste gas. The equipment has the characteristics of efficient adsorption, environmental protection and energy saving, easy operation, convenient maintenance and long service life, and is widely used in industries such as chemical, painting, printing, etc. The air volume, external dimensions, and material of the activated carbon adsorption box can be customized according to customer needs. The standard and high-end models use activated carbon with different iodine values to ensure environmental compliance. Regularly check the adsorption of activated carbon during use, replace it in a timely manner, and pay attention to the operating environment and safe operation of the equipment.

6) Bag-type dust collector

 

Pulse type bag filter purifies dusty gases through filtering and pulse cleaning principles. After the dusty gas enters the dust collector, the dust is intercepted by the filter bag and the purified gas is discharged. As dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bag and resistance increases, the control system triggers a cleaning signal, the pulse valve opens, and high-pressure airflow is sprayed into the filter bag, causing the dust layer to fall off and settle into the ash hopper. Dust collectors maintain high efficiency through periodic dust cleaning and are widely used in dust control in industries such as power, metallurgy, and chemical engineering.
