1. Incineration System: This is the core component of the incinerator, comprising the furnace body, grate, and refractory materials. The furnace body is constructed of refractory and insulation materials, and is covered with steel plates to prevent flue gas leakage and maintain the furnace surface temperature below 50°C. A maintenance door and operating platform are located on the side of the furnace body for easy maintenance and monitoring.
2. Dust Collection System: This primarily consists of a centrifugal dust collector, responsible for treating the flue gas generated after incineration. It removes particulate dust through cyclonic separation, reducing environmental pollution.
3. Feeding System: A rational feeding method is designed based on the properties of the incinerated material to ensure even material distribution and facilitate incineration.
4. Combustion Support System: This includes a gas burner, used for ignition and auxiliary incineration. It optimizes combustion by adjusting the combustion air and gas volume, ensuring efficient and clean combustion.
5. Electrical Control System: This is responsible for the electrical control of the entire equipment, including power supply, switch control, protection circuits, and alarm systems, ensuring safe and convenient operation.
